Our burgers

We incorporate a variety of locally sourced mushrooms into our menu from shiitake to reishi, and oyster to chestnut. The homemade transformation of shrooms into our burgers is unique. You won’t find a whole, slimy mushroom anywhere on our menu. We know many people have experienced mushroom trauma in their lives, and we’re here to remedy that.

We love the street food scene, but there isn’t enough bangin’ vegan comfort food. Enter the UKs first fungi-forward fast-food pop-up. We’re not talking about a slimy portobello mushroom in a bun - gross. Nor are we grabbing a processed, frozen burger out the freezer - lazy. We’re serving-up handcrafted, homemade, Shroom burgers, made from locally grown mushrooms, and transformed by global flavours - now we’re talking.

We collaborate with local pub The Royal Albert.

Not your typical vegan crowd, and that’s the point. We want to reach those who might not be open to trying plant-based food otherwise. Our goal is simple: we want to make plant-based food that even meat-lovers enjoy. Of course, we LOVE having our vegan tribe stop by, but the real reward comes when someone who’s all about meat and two veg expresses their surprise at how tasty the food is, and comes back again.

Food Stall

Not everyone can travel to Southsea so we decided to take our food to everyone (not quite, but you get the gist). We pitch up at vegan markets, small festivals, and other gatherings of gorgeous vegans across England.
